Your Body Depends On You For Survival... Treat It Well.

Many doctors believe that the human body requires a minimum of 60 minerals. Additionally, it needs all the essential vitamins, amino acids, and fatty acids. Over 90 essential nutrients altogether.

Your Body Is A Miracle!

Each one of us has been given a body that sustains life through a series of actions and interactions. There are over 10 Trillion cells in your body. Each of these cells has a specific purpose. Once every 7 years the body replaces almost every cell it has with a fresh new cell (the exception being brain cells). After each new cell is generated, your body must synthesize DNA to program these cells. Simply stated, DNA is a complete map of your body that lists the purpose, placement and function of trillions of cells. Obviously, you don't want it to become damaged or hindered.

Your Body Needs Over 90 Essential Nutrients

DNA synthesis is not possible without the proper amounts of Eessential Nutrients. If our bodies produce a cell that can't be programmed by a specific DNA sequence (a set of instructions) then it becomes dormant (it just sits there doing nothing). If enough of these non-programmed cells are produced they are thought to cause tumors. Proper programming requires essential Minerals, Vitamins, Amino Acids & Essential Fatty Acids.

Your Body Produces Absolutely NO Minerals or EFA's

Even though the body does produce some vitamins, it produces absolutely zero Minerals and Essential Fatty Acids. There are at least 16 essential vitamins (Vitamin C is a good example of an essential vitamin) and there are 21 amino acids available that can help your body survive the rigors of life.

What Are the Over 90 Essential Nutrients?

  • Essential Minerals - These are the "nuts & bolts" that hold your body together. *
  • Essential Vitamins - They are essential for normal cell function, growth, and development.
  • Essential Amino Acids - These are the "building blocks" of life.
  • Essential Fatty Acids - They are the "building blocks" of cell membranes and are needed for energy. *

* Your body cannot produce these.

  • ABSORPTION - How important is absorption?
It's not what you eat but what you absorb! You can do a simple test to see if your tablets/capsules are being absorbed. Soak one of your tablets/capsules in a small container of vinegar. It should start to dissolve within 30 minutes. If it doesn’t, then it is more than likely passing through your body without being properly utilized. With liquid vitamins a smaller amount of ingredients are able to achieve the same results as larger 'Synthetic' doses..
  • ALLERGY FREE - What is in the ingredients that I could be allergic to?
Alpha Vitamin Health Support does not contain any Gluten, Corn, Soy, Sugar, Starch, Wheat, Yeast, or Dairy Products.
  • AMINO ACIDS - Why are they important?
Amino Acids are the "building blocks" of the body that make up proteins. Proteins make the muscles, tendons, organs, glands, nails, and hair. Growth, repair and maintenance of all cells are dependent upon them. Amino Acids that must be obtained from the diet are called "Essential Amino Acids" (These are marked with an *asterisk) and other Amino Acids that the body can manufacture from other sources are called "NonEssential Amino Acids."

  • BALANCE - Why is this important?
Alpha Vitamin Health Support uses the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) as a basis for Moderation (See Moderation) and Balance. This is the foundation for a daily ‘maintenance’ dose which can be increased as the need arises. This flexible approach helps people to control their daily nutritional needs without overdosing on vitamins and jeopardizing their health?
  • CAMU CAMU - Why use Camu Camu for Vitamin C?
Camu-Camu (Myrciaria Dubia) is a low-growing shrub found throughout the Amazon Rain-forest known as the camuberry. Camu-berries provide the richest and most bio-available source of vitamin-C on this earth.
  • CHILDREN - Can children take Vitamin Health support?
Yes... children can take the vitamins but at a reduced dosage. Please check with your healthcare professional.
  • DIABETES - Can Diabetics take the Vitamin Health Support?
Yes... Vitamin Health Support uses only "Stevia" and a "Natural" flavoring. No sugar is used at all. In many formulations we found an unusually high amount of sugar and sucrose. Other forms of sweeteners like Sorbitol and Fructose were also found among the top five ingredients and sometimes we found more of an artificial coloring in a tablet than many of the vitamins! Many healthcare professionals recommend vitamin B12 to help with "Neuropathy". We use Methylcobalamin for our B12 and not Cyanocobalamin. Most other supplements use the cheaper Cyanocobalamin which can result in absorption of less than 1%, which makes it almost ineffective. In addition, the body must convert the Cyanocobalamin (which cannot be used by the body) to a form of vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) the body can use.
  • DRI's - What are the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI)
The Dietary Reference Intakes for Energy, Carbohydrate, Fiber, Fat, Fatty Acids, Cholesterol, Protein, and Amino Acids was released on September 5, 2002. They used the RDA's and expanded them to include other nutritional requirements. The Food and Nutrition Board's (FNB's) Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) Standing Committee established the Panel on Macronutrients to review and evaluate the scientific literature and interpret the depth of current knowledge on protein, amino acids, dietary fat and individual fatty acids (such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, and other specific fatty acids), phopholipids, cholesterol, complex carbohydrates, simple sugars, dietary fiber, energy intake (including the contribution of alcohol), and energy expenditure in humans throughout their life span.
  • FAT SOLUBLE - What are "Fat Soluble" vitamins?
Vitamins are either water-soluble or fat-soluble. Vitamin C and the ‘B’ vitamins are the water-soluble vitamins because water is required for absorption and any excess is excreted in your urine. The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K. are so called because they require fat for absorption and are stored in fatty tissue. (See Overdosing)
  • FLAVOR - What flavor is used in the vitamins?
We use a ‘natural’ tangerine oil to give a pleasant and mild orange taste. You can drink it straight or mix it with any liquid of your choice.
  • LIQUID VERSUS TABLETS - Why is this important?
The answer is NOT mega doses of vitamins, but smaller quantities that are used more efficiently. We achieve this by using natural vitamins in a highly absorbent liquid form. Alpha Vitamin Health Support uses the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) as a basis for Moderation and Balance. Natural vitamins in a liquid form, means that a smaller amount of ingredients are able to achieve the same results as larger 'Synthetic' doses.
  • MINERALS - Where are the minerals?
Minerals are needed to assist in the body’s absorption of all nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, sugars and oils. Therefore, vitamins and minerals should be taken separately. (We suggest that you take your minerals first thing in the morning and your vitamins at least 20 - 30 minutes later.) Mixing minerals with vitamins reduces the potency of the minerals by approximately 25%. Also everyone is different...some need more minerals than vitamins and others vice versa! (Save money with our Vitamin Support Pack consisting of 1 bottle of vitamins and 1 bottle of minerals.)
  • MODERATION - Why is this important?
You won’t see mega doses of vitamins because everyone is different. We all consume different food, have different metabolisms, different genes, different life styles and are different in size and weight. What may be the right dosage for one person may not be good for another. This flexible and balanced approach helps people to control their daily nutritional needs without overdosing on vitamins and jeopardizing their health! (See overdosing)
  • NATURAL INGREDIENTS - Why are they more effective than synthetic ingredients?
For thousands of years our body has only processed natural forms of vitamins and it knows how to handle them. It has difficulty absorbing man-made synthetic vitamins because the molecular structure is different and this affects what happens at the cellular level. e.g. Most Vitamin E used in supplements is synthetic. Alpha Vitamin Health Support uses natural vitamin E which begins with a d, whereas synthetic vitamin E starts with a dl. If the formulation just lists vitamin E or If they say dl-alpha-tocopherol, dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate, or dl alpha-tocopherol-acid succinate, then they are synthetic and you may reconsider using them? While most brands use mostly synthetic man-made vitamins, Alpha Vitamin Health Support is formulated with only natural and ‘body ready’ forms of vitamins to deliver maximum potency. Would you sooner eat an apple that's been picked fresh from the tree or eat a man-made synthesized version from a laboratory?
  • OVERDOSING - Is it possible to overdose on vitamins?
Many companies are now fortifying their food products with vitamins and minerals. Because everyone eats differently, you could inadvertently be overdosing with supplements? Excessive amounts of the ‘Fat-Soluble’ vitamins A, D, E & K (named because they require fat for absorption and are stored in fatty tissue) can be dangerous, that is why many healthcare professionals recommend that you obtain medical advice before using high quantities.
  • RDA - Why do we use the RDA's?
The RDA is the average daily dietary intake level sufficient to meet the nutrient requirements of nearly all (97-98%) healthy individuals in a specific life stage and gender group. The Food and Nutrition Board (FNB) of the Institute of Medicine, created the DRI’s (Dietary Reference Intakes) for energy, carbohydrate, fiber, fat, fatty acids, cholesterol, protein, and amino acids on September 5, 2002
  • SUGAR AND SWEETENERS - Is sugar used as a sweetener?
In many formulations we found an unusually high amount of sugar and sucrose. Other forms of sweeteners like Sorbitol and Fructose were also found among the top five ingredients and sometimes we found more of an artificial coloring in a tablet than many of the vitamins! Vitamin Health Support uses only "Stevia" and a "Natural" flavoring.
  • TASTE - What do the vitamins taste like?
We use a ‘natural’ tangerine oil to give a pleasant and mild orange taste. You can drink it straight or mix it with any liquid of your choice
  • VITAMIN INFORMATION - Where can I get more information on vitamins?
The University of Maryland Medical Center has a vast amount of information about diseases, drugs, doses and compatibility issues with other supplements and medical drugs. We highly recommend you visit them. Click here to visit their web-site. or Click here to see an explanation of each of our vitamins
  • WATER SOLUBLE - What does this mean?
Vitamins are either water-soluble or fat-soluble. Vitamin C and the ‘B’ vitamins are the water-soluble vitamins because water is required for absorption and they are excreted in urine. The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K. are so called because they require fat for absorption and are stored in fatty tissue. (See Overdose)
  • VITAMIN A (Retinyl Palmatate with 10% beta-carotene)
Vitamin A is very important for maintaining good vision. In fact, the first sign of a vitamin A deficiency is often night blindness. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin and mucous membranes that line the nose, sinuses, and mouth. Research has shown that this nutrient is necessary for proper immune system function, growth, bone formation, reproduction, and wound healing. Animal studies also suggest that it provides some protection from toxic chemicals such as dioxins. (Dioxins are released into the air from combustion processes such as commercial waste incineration and burning fuels like wood, coal or oil. These chemicals can also be found in cigarette smoke.) More
  • VITAMIN C (Camu Camu berry)
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin needed for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of the body. It is necessary to form collagen, an important protein used to make skin, scar tissue, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C is essential for the healing of wounds, and for the repair and maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. We use a 'Natural' form of Vitamin C and not ascorbic acid which is made from corn. More
  • VITAMIN D3 (Cholecalciferol)
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin found in certain foods and is manufactured in the skin as a result of direct exposure to sunlight. The liver and kidneys convert vitamin D from food sources or sunlight to its active form, calcitriol. Vitamin D helps the body maintain healthy levels of calcium and phosphorus and is therefore essential for building and maintaining healthy bones. Calcium, which is the principal element in bone, can be absorbed by the body only when vitamin D is present. Rickets, a vitamin D deficiency disease responsible for softening and weakening bones in children, used to be quite common but now is rarely seen in countries that have adopted the practice of fortifying milk products. Vitamin D and calcium are involved in many body functions, including keeping the immune and nervous systems healthy. More
  • VITAMIN E (d-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate)
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin present in many foods, especially certain fats and oils. It is one of a number of nutrients called antioxidants. Some other well known antioxidants include vitamin C and beta-carotene. Antioxidants are nutrients that block some of the damage caused by toxic by-products released when the body transforms food into energy or fights off infection. The build up of these by-products over time is largely responsible for the aging process and can contribute to the development of various health conditions such as heart disease, cancer, and a host of inflammatory conditions like arthritis. Antioxidants provide some protection against these conditions and also help reduce the damage to the body caused by toxic chemicals and pollutants. We use the 'Natural' form of Vitamin E. More
  • VITAMIN K1 & K2 (Phylliquinone & Menaquinone)
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means it is absorbed most effectively when ingested with dietary fat. It is best known for its role in helping blood clot properly after an injury. Vitamin K is helpful in this situation because it is responsible for making clotting factors in the liver. Vitamin K also plays an important role in bone health. More
  • VITAMIN B1 Thiamine (HCl)
Vitamin B1, also called thiamine, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone along the wall of the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN B2 (Riboflavin-5 phosphate)
Vitamin B2, commonly called riboflavin, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. Like its close relative vitamin B1 (thiamine), riboflavin plays a crucial role in certain metabolic reactions, particularly the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar, which is "burned" to produce energy. Together, the eight B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are also essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. In addition, B complex vitamins play an important role in maintaining muscle tone along the lining of the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver More
  • VITAMIN B3 (Naicin/niacinamide)
Vitamin B3, also called niacin, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone along the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN B5 - Pantothenic Acid (d-calcium pantothenate
Vitamin B5, also called pantothenic acid, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN B6 (pyridoxal-5 phosphate)
Vitamin B6, also called pyridoxine, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. The B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These vitamins, often referred to as the B complex, are also essential in the metabolism of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN B9 (Folic Acid)
Vitamin B9, also called folic acid or folate, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone along the lining of the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein. B complex vitamins also play an important role in maintaining muscle tone lining the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. More
  • VITAMIN H - Biotin (d-Biotin)
Vitamin H, more commonly known as biotin, is a water-soluble vitamin produced in the body by certain types of intestinal bacteria and obtained from food. Considered part of the B complex group of vitamins, biotin is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and amino acids (the building blocks of protein). More

114 Essentials Pack
Almost Perfect
By
I am very happy with the vitamins and minerals provided in your 90 Essentials Pack. Taking the supplements in this manner is far superior to any other liquids or pills I have used, and I am already feeling greater energy and stamina in just a few weeks' usage. Actually, maybe a rating of 4-3/4 stars, upgraded through a different procedure: The only negative I have found is that the Omega 3-6-9 Support leaves a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste with the gases produced as it breaks down in the stomach. Fortunately, my friendly chiropractor advised that I can avoid the fishy burps by keeping the omega pills in the freezer, because frozen, the pill does not dissolve until it has reached the small intestine. Unless the freezing would destroy the positive effects the pill is supposed to deliver, perhaps you should advise all users to keep the pills frozen until consumed. Thank you for the great products at a very reasonable price!

It's been a real awakening as I've experienced the positive effects of the 90 essentials. I feel better, my appetite was curbed, and my desire for snacking and late night foraging for food all but disappeared. It's apparently true that when you give your body what it truly needs you won't be craving for what it doesn't need, I've only been on the products for 70 days and I'm so glad I stepped out and did it. Actually now I've expanded to the seniors pack for the extra benefits of this calcium product you've added. I recommend this products to all my friends with nearly a dozen already taking them with great results. I didn't take these items for appetite issues but for general health, who would have thought that good general health affects your appetite so positively.

This allows me to take the product without mixing lots of water like other products on the market. If you are looking for a quality line of nutrients, then this is it. If I were to add anything it would be more nutritional facts such as amounts of each nutrient. Some of us may increase 1 or more thing in order to target certain issues we want to address in our bodies. And, if you have shopped around, I am sure you can see the prices are outstanding. Otherwise, I am sold and a satisfied customer.

Great for the whole family!
By
I have purchased this pack a couple of times and will continue to do so. I take the regular adult dosage and give my girls ages 2 1/2 and 6yrs old half of the adult dosage. Mix it in with a little juice and they drink it down easily. We just call it our "juice party". Makes it fun. I always get fast shipping from the company and have been very satisfied with the price and quality of the products. Liquid vitamins and minerals are the way to go! Quickly absorbs in the body.

FAQ

More
